Skype

Please send us Skype ID and add teacher's Skype ID to your contact. Please note that we cannot contact you in case you do not accept your teacher in your contact list. 
 

Zoom, Google Meets

We will send you the link for the scheduled meeting. Please open the link from the device with microphone and camera. 

Scheduling your Lessons

Weekly Lesson

Please fill out your preferred time of lesson in the application form. 
We arrange your lesson and with teachers. The lesson schedule is fixed. However, in case you notify us the cancellation in 12 hours prior to the lesson, the scheduled day and time, you can take a substitute lesson by the end of next month. 
 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: 12hours 
In case of you contact teachers (to the email provided by us) directly, 8 hours. 
 
* Please note that lessons cancelled after 12 hours prior to the scheduled lesson are terminated and invalid for substitute lessons. 
* The lesson price is not refundable unless cancelled by your teachers.
